Had this book been just a little bit more detailed and/or given some "out of the box" recommendations I would have given it 5-stars. What you do get is some sound advice on how to flip retail goods for profits on Amazon and Ebay. Probably the most unique idea was the bargain bins at office supply stores. The authored talked in detail about different merchandise they would target, negotation possibilities, etc. that seemed like good ideas. I've tried flipping used stuff from yard sales and Craigslist with some success, but it seems like moving stuff that's manufacturer sealed is a lot easier. Too many variables with used goods. There are many many ways to make money online. For most of us the technology defeats us! But this book on flipping stuff is a gem. I only knew the traditional flipping of houses and web sites but the author goes into so many other things that can be flipped - it got my juices flowing with so many ideas that I could not wait to try them out. I read the book in one sitting because it was so full of valuable information, and very well written. Clear and to the point. You wont find any fluff in here - just the way i like it.
So if you want to learn all about flipping to make extra income (or to possible even replace your day job) - this book will show you.
Wonderfully written book on the basics of flipping merchandise for a profit. I highly recommend this book for anyone that wants to get started in selling online.
I liked it. Gave good tips. I found it would be a LOT more work flipping things than I want to put into it. So.... it gave me valuable insight.
This is really a fun read, and truely for everyone who's interested in starting this type of business. Where many home business books use a lot of internet marketing lingo, Erica manages to explain all the terms in a natural way. For starters a great way to learn, and for advanced online business entrepreneurs never boring. It's a great business model for everyone who loves shopping and bargain hunting... And be honest who doesn't?
